Typically an electronic copy of the research would take upto 1-business day for delivery via email. In case of hard-copy deliveries, it can take anywhere from 5-15 days or more depending upon your location. The delivery email (in most cases) will be sent directly by the publisher.

Our support team will also run a follow up with you to confirm that you have received.
We strive to deliver all electronic purchases within 1 business day. However in selective cases where times zones may be different —or when a publisher may take extra days for delivery, our support team will keep the customer informed over delays alongwith any renewed timelines of deliveries.

Yes, the nature of the products we sell require us to receive full payment in advance; without this dispatch wouldn’t be possible.

Not generally. Discounts however may be granted on a case by case basis depending upon the volume or specific products you wish to order.

You may contact our Customer Service Department with full details such as number or names of the products you’re planning to order. Our team will investigate whether a discount can be offered and revert back to you.
